What size should I order?
We have provided a sizing guide for you to refer to on the Jewellery Sizing page. If however, you are buying a ring as a gift the most accurate measure is to ‘borrow’ one of their rings.
How will my finery be shipped?
All The Straits Finery products are shipped via priority registered shipping that will be tracked. Please refer to the page for Shipping Information.
What if I want to send The Straits Finery as a gift?
We have taken the liberty of providing a card in the packages we send out. Should you have a special request for a customised message for gifts you would like us to send directly to the recipient, we will be happy to include this personalised message in the card on your behalf. Please write your message in the special instructions textbox at checkout or email us at hello@thestraitsfinery.com with your invoice number and message.
Our packaging allows for several items to fit in one box. Should you have particular request regarding how you would like your finery to be packed, do let us know by including it in the special instructions textbox or email us at hello@thestraitsfinery.com, and don’t forget to quote your invoice number.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. After which, the shipping transit guidelines are as follows:
- Domestic: 2-3 days
- International shipping: up to 7 working days
Please allow for local destination customs processing time.
How do I pay for my finery?
You may pay via PayPal using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Pay with Split with an option to pay via bank transfer through their payment gateway or on an instalment plan. You may find out more about Split here.
What currency will my transaction be in?
All The Straits Finery orders will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference only.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties on top of my order?
The Straits Finery unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
